Rules & Regulations
Please read our club policies carefully before joining.
Club membership must be obtained, and students must be present at the center in proper dress and on time. Regular attendance is mandatory.
If a member is absent from a scheduled class, they must attend the next class with an application addressed to the Chief Instructor.
Instructors are respected persons; they must be treated with respect and devotion. Follow instructor guidance attentively at all times.
Members must respect seniors and elders in class and cooperate with juniors to foster a supportive learning environment.
Monthly fees must be paid on the first Friday of each month. Admission must be renewed annually.
Failure to pay on time will result in a fine as per club rules.
Martial arts is a sport and self-defense technique. Its use is strictly prohibited except for sports, self-defense, and public welfare.
Misuse of techniques outside of sanctioned environments is grounds for immediate expulsion.
The club name and reputation must be protected. No member can use the name for unauthorized or harmful purposes.
Harmful actions against the club's honor will result in severe punishment, fines, or expulsion.
No grouping, malice, or fighting among members is allowed. Spreading rumors is strictly prohibited.
Any action causing discord among members will lead to expulsion and appropriate disciplinary measures.
Members are prohibited from teaching techniques to outsiders or opening independent clubs without official permission.
Violators of this policy will face severe consequences.
Direct discussion with the Chief Instructor is reserved for special needs. Routine matters should be discussed with Assistant Instructors.
Follow the established chain of command for all inquiries and grievances.
Examinations for belt progression will be conducted after each training course.
Belt promotions are only awarded to members who successfully participate in and pass their respective examinations.
